This landscape architectural design serves as a personal homage to the client’s childhood memories of his grandmother’s estate. Mr. Carroll’s objective was to breathe new life into these nostalgic reflections by creating a functional, elegant space that promotes multi-generational family gatherings. The design meticulously weaves together historical elements with modern luxury, establishing a fluid connection between the owner’s past and his vibrant future. 

The front entrance is defined by custom-fabricated, dark metal arbors. These shade structures provide architectural definition and are thoughtfully planted with vibrant climbing roses, creating a sense of elegance and romanticism for the front yard. 

The rear garden is the project’s focal point, designed as a multi-functional sanctuary. A curvilinear swimming pool and raised spa serve as the dynamic centerpiece, surrounded by an expansive, irregular flagstone pool deck. This deck integrates seamlessly with a covered back porch and an extension of the signature dark metal arbors creating a shaded and comfortable outdoor social space. A dedicated, stone-walled fire pit and tropical plantings creates an intimate evening destination.
